Corona-proof

On this page, we will keep you informed on the run-up to the event.

Behind the scenes, we’re working hard to establish a corona-proof event concept, and with this message, we would like to keep you informed on the current state of affairs:

• The event will continue with a limited number of visitors on location (max. 80 people), taking the 1.5-meter distancing measures into account. 
• Currently, we are exploring the options to provide a live stream, so that more people can participate remotely.
• You can read the logistics and hygiene protocols below.
• We urge people to stay at home if they have any health complaints. In this case, we will ease our ticket cancellation policy to ensure everyone’s safety.

Logistics and hygiene protocols

• Follow the instructions of the staff and the signs on location.
• Have a seat on the designated seats (both during lectures and during breaks).
• A maximum of 2 people can be seated at a table.
• Keep 1.5-meter distance to other guests and the staff.
• Wash your hands thoroughly upon entry and keep on washing them regularly. We will provide disinfectants.
• Stay at home if you have any of the following symptoms:
  • Cold symptoms (nasal cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat)
  • Coughing
  • Shortness of breath
  • Elevated temperature or a fever (above 38 degrees Celsius)
  • Sudden loss of taste and smell (without nasal congestion)
